I found this beautiful stitched picture at a local thrift store. Every stitch is perfectly laid and it is framed professionally. What happened to BL so that this lovingly worked picture ends up in the bargain bin at a thrift store 14 years later? I couldn't leave it there, so it's now home, safe in my house. I'm not a clown person, but this piece is lovely.
I've been working on July for the Oak Haven SAL. It's such a fun stitch. I really need to start on Karen's pillow since I've had it 2 months already. I have to finish it by the end of the school year. It's warming up now but we are having West Texas smoke from the grass fires. The wind was awful and blew it all in so that the news is telling people to stay inside. The last time this happened was about 4 years ago when Mexico had such terrible grass fires and the south wind blew it all up here.
Congrats on saving it!
